MICHELLE BOUCHER, PH.D.
Licensed Psychologist/Owner
Dr. Boucher is a pediatric psychologist with over 20 years of experience assessing and treating children and adolescents in outpatient clinics, inpatient psychiatric units, day treatment programs, schools, medical facilities, and residential care. She specializes in anxiety, developmental delay, ADHD, Autism, chronic illness, and trauma. She has specific training in Behavioral Interventions, Cognitive-Behavioral Interventions, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress; Pediatric Hypnosis; Mindfulness; the assessment of Autism using the ADOS-2; and Compassionate Bereavement Care for Traumatic Grief.
Dr. Boucher is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for her patients and their families, helping them to achieve their full potential. She is passionate about supporting parents and caregivers through the challenges of raising children with difficulties, offering both emotional support and practical parenting strategies.

In addition to direct clinical work, Dr. Boucher has presented at community and professional workshops and has provided consultation services for school districts. Currently, she serves as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Doctorate of Psychology program in Combined Health Service Psychology at Mississippi State University's Meridian Campus.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Boucher enjoys many avocations which have included long distance running, yoga, singing in choirs, reading, outdoor activities, and caring for animals in need. She resides in Meridian with her husband, three children, and her "fur babies".

AMY MOSLEY, Ed.S., LPC-S, NCC, ACS, BC-TMH
Licensed Professional Counselor
Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience assessing and treating children, adolescents and adults in outpatient clinics, day treatment programs, and both school and residential settings. In addition to direct clinical work, Amy has provided clinical supervision to therapists in training, and she has been instrumental in helping to develop and supervise community-based mental health crisis programs. Her areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma. She has specific training in Critical Incident Stress Management, Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Telemental health. Amy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a form of treatment that focuses on the connection between unhealthy thoughts, feelings and behaviors that can lead to a host of psychological complications. Her goal in working with clients is to provide a supportive environment focused on helping them develop coping strategies that will facilitate the transition from negative thought patterns and behaviors to a more positive mental outlook that will foster an environment where they can reach their full potential and improve their overall well-being.
Amy resides in Meridian with her husband and daughter. She enjoys art, movies, music, travel and numerous outdoor activities.

SARAH BROWN
Office Manager/Psychology Technician
Shine! is proud to have Sarah, an experienced and knowledgeable staff member, at this clinic since July of 2017. As the Office Manager, Sarah is integral in running the "business" of the clinic. In addition to her duties as Office Manager, Sarah assists Dr. Boucher with psychological evaluations.

Sarah obtained an Associate's Degree from Meridian Community College and has worked in the medical field as a medical secretary and transcriptionist. More recently, she has worked in the field of education as a paraprofessional, assisting academic interventionists at West Lauderdale Elementary School, and for the Special Education Department of Lauderdale County School District as a Facilitator, assisting the psychometrist and psychologist with evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services. Sarah's medical knowledge and experience working with children with special needs has made her a perfect fit for this clinic!
Over the years, Sarah has enjoyed volunteering at her children’s school, her church, and in the community with organizations such as the Wesley House Community Center. In 2014, she was the recipient of the Amy Clayton Volunteer Service Award during the Mississippi Crime Victims’ Rights Week presented by the Mississippi Office of the Attorney General Bureau of Victim Assistance. She has participated in Mental Health First Aid Training and the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI).

Sarah resides in Meridian with her husband and has two adult children. She enjoys reading and spending time outdoors and with her pets.
